Iman is a K-12 STEM instruction, curriculum and assessment development expert. A former classroom teacher, Iman learned that the educational landscape called for classrooms that are culturally responsive, differentiated for each child and maximized learning through inquiry and engagement. Iman works for the Knowledge is Power (KIPP) Charter Schools where she led the network in science achievement data. Iman facilitates adult learning, and builds science curriculum resources that reach over 40,000 students. Iman holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
